Terms and Conditions of Sale: We at yourbigbras must recieve payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been recieved by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existance a legally binding contract between us.

Cancellations: It is only possible to cancel your order prior to it being despatched.If after you recieve your order and you wish to return it please refer to our returns policy. Any refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card on which the order was purchased.
Payment: By completing the order form you are bound bt our Terms and Conditions. You will be required to provide us with your complete details including postcode of the recipent and all necessary payment details in order to process your payment. Submitting your order form is subject to our acceptance of this offer. When we issue written confirmation of acceptance by email your order has been accepted. We will not consider ourselves bound by any contract with you until we have issued this confirmation.
